Repair and troubleshooting

Won't rewind, uneven speed, turbine or gearbox noise, leaks. We find it and fix it.

Replacement PE hose installed and fused, with new end fittings. Any brand.

Bearings, seals, impellers and bypass valves, rebuilt and tested.

A check and test before planting, so it's ready when the field needs water.

Drain, blow out and protect the hose, turbine and pump before the first hard freeze.

Nozzle sizing, bearings, drive arms and arc settings for an even pattern.

Reel won't rewind or stalls: Low inlet pressure or flow, a stuck bypass, debris in the turbine, or a slipping drive.
Speed is uneven along the pull: Speed equalizer or computer not set, worn drive parts, or pressure changes from the pump.
Wet strips and dry strips: Lanes too wide for the wind, wrong nozzle for the pressure, or a worn gun bearing.
Hose kinks or flattens: Pulled too fast, sharp turns, or old hose that has lost its stiffness.
