30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hughes Farm Service. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened electrical components — For safety reasons, electrical components that have been opened, installed, or had their packaging seals broken cannot be returned.
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified
- Custom or special-order items
Restocking Fee
A $20.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returned items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on eligible items. If you need a different size, model, or product, contact us to arrange an exchange. The same 30-day window and return conditions apply.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs for defective items.
